As first point of contact for our service customers, we want to ensure they receive a warm welcome and a smooth checkout experience. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, handling cash accurately, and maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

*Greet customers and direct them to the Service Writers.

*Answer incoming phone calls promptly, answer basic inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate party.

*Assist in scheduling service appointments.

*Calculate, process, and accept payments via cash, check, and credit card for vehicle repairs and parts invoices.

*Reconcile and balance cash drawer daily.

*File repair orders and parts invoices.

Qualifications:

*1+ years of cash handling, customer service, or retail cashier experience.

*High school diploma or equivalent.

*Basic computer literacy and multi-line phone operation.

*Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

*Strong basic math skills.

*High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
