What You Will Do: Problem Solving and Analytical Insight: Apply a structured approach to diagnose challenges and develop actionable solutions. Synthesize large datasets into insights supporting decision‑making. Use advanced analytics to uncover operational optimization opportunities. Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategic priorities. Contribute to business cases and strategy roadmaps. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams. Translate data insights into scalable actions via the operations council framework. Facilitate workshops using CORE operating model. Presentation & Communication: Translate complex analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership. Develop high‑quality presentations and reports. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in data analysis, FP&A, strategy consulting or operations/manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to solve complex problems with structured frameworks. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen with measurable impact. Experience at a consulting firm or multinational organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Additional Information: Applicants may be asked to attend interview steps in person. Salary range: 132,400 – 251,600 USD.
