Nanny / Family Personal Assistant

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM

Compensation: $72,800-$83,200 + benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Nanny / Family Personal Assistant to support our busy family with three school-aged children (ages 7, 11, and 14).

This role combines childcare, transportation, household support, and family assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced working with private families, enjoys helping children stay organized and successful, and can confidently manage multiple schedules, school locations, and extracurricular activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Childcare & Family Support

• Provide attentive and responsible care for children ages 7, 11, and 14
• Foster a positive, supportive, and structured environment
• Assist with after-school routines and homework oversight
• Support age-appropriate learning, enrichment, and developmental activities
• Encourage responsibility, independence, and good decision-making
• Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals as needed
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding schedules, activities, and child-related needs

Transportation

• Safely transport children to and from:
• School drop-off and pick-up at multiple school locations
• Sports practices and games
• Extracurricular activities
• Appointments and events
• Manage changing schedules and coordinate transportation logistics
• Maintain excellent driving safety standards at all times
• Utilize personal vehicle for family-related transportation
• Mileage reimbursed for all approved work-related driving

Household Management

• Light housekeeping and household organization
• Loading/unloading dishwasher
• Kitchen cleanup
• Keeping common areas neat and organized
• Organizing school supplies, backpacks, sports equipment, and activity materials
• Managing household inventory and supply needs

Personal Assistant Duties

• Grocery shopping and errands
• Family calendar management
• Coordinating appointments and activities
• Supporting special projects and household organization
• Tracking important school, sports, and activity schedules
• Assisting parents with administrative household tasks

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional nanny experience
• Prior experience working with private families
• Experience caring for multiple school-aged children
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Strong professional references from previous families
• Non-smoker

Preferred

• Household management or family assistant experience
• Experience coordinating multiple children's schedules and activities
• Early childhood education, education, or child development background
• Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $83,200.00/yr. Benefits Dental Medical Vision
