Job Overview

The Third-Shift Associates support overnight operations by preparing the facility, materials, tools, and work areas for the production team. Third shift starting pay of $17.00hr.

The client is seeking candidates with a positive attitude, a strong aptitude and willingness to learn, and a serious commitment to dependable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work areas for the incoming production team
• Stage, move, and organize materials, tools, and supplies
• Complete general manual labor tasks throughout the facility
• Assist with setup and preparation for daily production operations
• Remove leftover materials and clear designated work areas
• Keep tools, supplies, and materials organized and ready for use
• Support production needs as directed by supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and worksite instructions
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Maintain steady productivity throughout the overnight shift
• Work overtime and Saturdays when required

Experience

• Experience in precast or carpentry NOT required but must be able to read a tape measur e
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and accept coaching
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in an active concrete and precast manufacturing environment
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• Available for Saturdays and overtime when required
• Must successfully complete required background and drug screenin g
