Cook / Dishwasher: This position includes duties such as:

• Filtering the cooking oil and changing oil when it needs to be changed
• Setting up the kitchen
• Cooking and preparing the food we sell to the customers
• Cleaning dishes
• Mopping floors
• Taking out trash
• Keeping the kitchen clean and neat following all sanitation standards
• Following our strict protocol for sanitation while in or around our cooking area
