Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring they are prepared to navigate crises effectively. \n
- Document client interactions and treatment progress promptly and accurately, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices in mental health documentation. \n
- Utilize evidence-based assessment tools in collaboration with the clinical team to guide treatment approaches and interventions. \n
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support plans, focusing on proactive strategies to enhance client well-being. \n
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the standards of care required in our clinic. \n
- Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant state agencies, service systems, and community organizations to broaden available resources and enhance client services. \n
- Promote open communication within the team and with the community, aligning efforts with Anderson Behavioral Health’s mission while meeting all contractual obligations. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and representation at statewide meetings to stay abreast of industry best practices. \n
- Embark on personal initiatives that align with organizational goals, including developing new therapeutic programs or outreach strategies. \n
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to ensure holistic service delivery. \n
The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with mental health disorders, those in recovery from substance use, and individuals living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. This role requires a compassionate approach, recognizing the unique stories and challenges of each individual. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys and supporting their overall wellness and independence.

- A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required. \n
- Must hold an independent LMHC license to practice in Washington State. \n

- Prior experience working in community health settings or with marginalized populations is highly desirable. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based intervention practices is a plus. \n
- Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. \n
The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. In addition to a basic salary, we offer a variety of benefits designed to enhance the work experience:
