We are seeking a full-time Adult Day Care Center Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping older adults to navigate challenging situations and improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities:
- Assist in navigating social services and resources available to participants
- Provide support to individuals with diverse background and needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Offer counseling and support services
- Implement workforce development programs to empower clients for sustainable employment Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field ( Gerontology/ Social Work/ Sociology)
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience, Master's degree with 1 year experience.
- Bilingual in Chinese or Cantonese speaking
- Strong teamwork ability
- Strong skills in workforce development and empowering individuals for employment opportunities Call View phone number on ziprecruiter.com Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm if interested. MUST be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese because the seniors we served are mostly Chinese.
