Job Description

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking Welders for a growing, technology-focused manufacturing operation. This position involves welding and fabricating steel components while working from drawings and work instructions to produce quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Perform production welding and fabrication
• Fit and weld steel components
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Use welding and fabrication tools safely
• Grind and finish components as needed
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
• MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely use welding and fabrication equipment
