Our Technology division is continuing to grow, and were looking for motivated recruiters to join our team of 25+ recruiting and business development professionals. Whether youre an experienced full-desk (360) recruiter or a recruiting-focused (180) recruiter looking to take the next step in your career, we provide the platform, leadership, and resources to help you succeed.

What Youll Do

180 Recruiter

• Source, identify, and engage top technology professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
• Present qualified candidates to clients and account managers
• Manage the interview process and candidate experience from introduction through placement
• Develop talent pipelines within technology specialties including Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, AI, DevOps, and IT Support

360 Recruiter

In addition to the responsibilities above:

• Develop new business relationships and generate revenue from new and existing accounts
• Identify hiring needs and consult with clients on talent acquisition strategies
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from business development through placement
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and offer terms
• Drive desk growth and build long-term client partnerships

What Were Looking For

• Recruiting experience preferred, but strong sales, business development, or relationship-building experience will also be considered
• Prior staffing agency experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a book of business and earn uncapped commissions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and career growth mentality
