Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT)
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Demonstrated experience in delivering external beam radiation therapy
• Solid understanding of treatment planning, patient positioning, and safety protocols
• Familiarity with oncology terminology and interdisciplinary care
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and guide patients throughout treatment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately deliver prescribed doses of radiation therapy under oncologist supervision
• Ensure correct patient identification, treatment site verification, and preparation for each session
• Operate and maintain complex radiation therapy equipment with strict adherence to safety standards
• Record and document all treatment parameters, patient responses, and notable observations
• Collaborate closely with medical physicists, dosimetrists, and other clinical staff
• Educate and reassure patients and families, maintaining professionalism and empathy
