The exact shifts will depend on case volume and the daily surgery schedule.
Salary: $105k-$120k
- Bonus: Candidates will get a $12K sign-on bonus. That will be paid half when they start and half after a year of service.

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking six Operating Room Registered Nurses (OR RNs) to join a leading healthcare organization launching a brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding clinical team supporting the successful opening and long-term growth of a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility scheduled to open in January 2027. The OR RNs will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care across a variety of specialties including Orthopedics, Gynecology, Genitourinary (GU), Pain Management, and Gastroenterology (GI). Responsibilities include preparing patients for surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile operating environment, collaborating with surgeons and interdisciplinary care teams during procedures, monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative process, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation and compliance with organizational standards. Candidates will play a critical role in establishing workflows, supporting operational readiness, and building a culture of clinical excellence within a newly opened facility. The ideal candidate will have strong operating room experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the flexibility and teamwork necessary to help launch a new ambulatory surgery center successfully.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Experience working within surgical services and perioperative environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
- Experience supporting Orthopedic, GYN, GU, Pain Management, or GI procedures
- Experience participating in new facility openings, expansions, or operational readiness initiatives
