Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support: Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityalways protecting dignity.
• Home Environment & Infection Control: Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring: Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
• Therapeutic Engagement: Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
• Accurate Documentation: Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) program and certificate is required. Not certified yet? We can help you get there through our school program
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients' homes.
• Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
