Data Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Data Engineer for a Contract with a client in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate with experience supporting enterprise applications, analyzing large datasets, and driving data quality improvements through data-driven problem solving and operational support .

Rate Range: $53/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Data Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Own and support the IDaRS Circular Center application, ensuring application stability, data accuracy, and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using Kusto (KQL), SQL, and Excel to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support feature enhancements, bug resolution, application improvements, and roadmap execution.
• Manage site requests, incidents, troubleshooting activities, and user support while ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Perform testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, validating functionality and providing feedback to improve application performance.
• Develop and optimize Kusto queries, dashboards, and report solutions while maintaining data quality, business rules, and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Application Support, Data Analytics, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Kusto (KQL), SQL, Excel, and Power BI, with experience analyzing large datasets and performing complex data investigations.
• Experience supporting business applications in logistics, operations, or supply chain environments, including incident management, UAT testing, troubleshooting, and data quality management.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $54.00 per hour
