Primary Duties: - Provide premium customer service through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. - Handle inquiries related to package logistics, returns, refunds, product details, and warranty support. - Assist customers with website navigation, product selection, and general questions to ensure a seamless experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
