Quality Control Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting production and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Quality Control Technician Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Range: $22-32/hour Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm What's the Job? Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas to determine quality and reliability standards. Select products for evaluation and inspect for qualities such as dimensions, cleanliness, paint quality, and appearance. Record data and apply statistical quality control procedures to evaluate product performance. Prepare reports and recommend modifications to improve quality and production standards. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in using spreadsheet applications such as Excel, including pivot tables. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
