Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and facility needs for multiple business locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This position requires someone who is self‑motivated, communicates well, can manage multiple moving parts, and is comfortable handling both physical maintenance tasks and administrative responsibilities. The role provides supervision to part‑time maintenance employees. Responsibilities Performs general maintenance and repair work at office locations Drywall repair and patching Interior painting and touch‑up work Repair and maintenance of sinks, toilets, and basic plumbing fixtures Changes light bulbs, ballasts, filters, and other routine maintenance items Responds to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Coordinates and prioritizes repairs across multiple locations Maintains accurate maintenance logs, receipts, invoices, and paperwork Assists with vendor coordination and facility projects as needed Ensures facilities remain clean, safe, and operational Travels regularly to office locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana Required Qualifications Must live in the Greater Louisville Area Experience in commercial or business facility maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, lighting, and general repairs Strong organizational and time‑management skills Good communication and professionalism Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic computer systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies as needed Experience working independently with minimal supervision Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently Strong attention to detail and follow‑through Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset Amazing Benefits Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, life & disability insurance.
