Janitor - Bellevue

Alliance Building Services, a comprehensive building maintenance provider, is dedicated to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our clients and their building occupants and is currently hiring a Night Janitor for our Bellevue locations. In this role, the Bellevue Night Janitor will be responsible for supporting the cleanliness and sanitation of customer facilities. Bellevue Night Janitor Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough interior cleaning duties
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms on a regular basis
• Dust and polish various surfaces
• Remove and dispose of trash
• Maintain professional communication with clients and coworkers

Bellevue Night Janitor Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Comfortable operating a backpack vacuum for extended periods
• Employment offers are contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check

Bellevue Night Janitor Compensation

Pay ranges from $21.30 - $23.30   per hour , with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
