What You'll Do As a Short Order Cook at IL BAR LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items efficiently and to high-quality standards. - Working in a ventless kitchen environment, ensuring all safety and cleanliness protocols are followed. - Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation while also being able to work independently when needed. - Managing time effectively to meet customer expectations during busy periods. - Keeping your workstation organized and fully stocked. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: - At least 1 year of experience as a Short Order Cook or in a similar role. - Familiarity with the ventless kitchen concept and its unique workflow. - A strong sense of reliability and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure. - A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
