Audit conversational performance, including naturalness, clarity, and comprehension of spoken interactions. Assess basic technical reasoning in AI outputs, including understanding of JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logic within support workflows. Contribute to the creation and refinement of high‑quality, representative audio datasets aligned with real‑world user expectations. Follow structured evaluation guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and data integrity across tasks. Work independently to produce accurate, well‑documented, and high‑quality evaluation outputs. Requirements Native or bilingual proficiency in French, with excellent spoken, written, listening, and reading skills. Proven experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, linguistics, QA, or AI evaluation‑related work. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess conversational quality and structured data accuracy. Basic understanding of programming concepts such as JSON structures, functions, methods, and logical reasoning. High attention to detail and ability to work with structured evaluation rubrics and guidelines. Strong communication skills and ability to conduct realistic, professional role‑play simulations.
