Paralegal Position
Location: Nashville, TN
Education: Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal.
Skills: Proficiency in MS 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams required. Certificate in Paralegal Studies required.

Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in responding to phone calls and emails; and
Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and project execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment.
Self-directed; able to work independently and as a member of a team.
Demonstrated analytical ability to recognize issues, respond accordingly, and research and obtain resolution to problems.
