Join a locally owned Great Clips salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair…great opportunities await!
We are Great Clips Franchisees with 6 locations in the Cleveland, Akron and Canton area. Come join our team and be one of the greats! Our stylists have guaranteed clients and are rewarded with great pay and incentives. Our stylists can earn $25 per hour or more including hourly rate, tips and other bonuses. In addition we offer flexible schedules, a 401K and paid time off.

Additional benefits vary by salon location.
Hair Stylist/Barber qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
