Senior DFT Engineer - AI-Driven ASIC for LEO Satcom
Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC
Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced DFT Engineer to define and implement DFT for high-speed CMOS chips used in LEO satellite communications. You will collaborate with ASIC teams across sites to embed MBIST, clock controls and JTAG, while optimizing fault coverage with RFIC partners. The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled DFT workflows and adherence to timing and power targets as products move toward silicon bring-up. #J-18808-Ljbffr
