Monitors all network activity. Activates/deactivates network lines according to established schedules. Performs first- and/or second-level problem determination (first level is help desk). Interfaces with users and/or network vendors. Responsible providing technical support for LAN/WAN or for a section of a larger network. May perform installation, modification and testing of network. Effective interpersonal skills, and strong briefing and writing skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with little supervision. Hands On Experience ServiceNow, SCOM, Solarwinds, Zscaler support, Azure Network. Certification Current Network and ITIL 4 certifications.
