Regional Director - Hematology - Ohio Valley

Regeneron seeks a Regional Director for Hematology to lead and develop a sales team across the Ohio Valley region, driving performance for a multiple myeloma bispecific antibody. The role combines team leadership, sales management, and strategic oversight in oncology.
Responsibilities
- Build, hire, and develop a high-integrity regional sales team and provide overall leadership
- Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and align action plans to brand strategic initiatives
- Lead regional sales force activities including training, performance evaluation, and compliance oversight
- Analyze sales and customer data to optimize resource deployment across the region
- Allocate and manage regional budget and promotional resources while ensuring brand performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry experience
- 5 years sales leadership/management experience; 3 years as Regional Director or District Manager
- Proven oncology field experience; hematology oncology background strongly preferred
- Experience with biologics and buy-and-bill products required
- Demonstrated track record leading in complex markets with high integrity
- Extensive travel capability and strong regional influence
