We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team.Simply put, as a Caregiver in our Memory Care, you will:Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staffAssist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profileImplement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routinesBlend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's dayWork with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely mannerDemonstrate organizational skills around time managementPromote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade LivingWe are looking for great people that encompass:Care and compassionOpen-mindednessThe desire to make a differenceIf you have the above qualities, we are willing to mentor and train you to be part of the caregiving team at a Cascade Living Group community.No experience necessary, will train!!$21.00 - $23.00/hour *Depending on ExperienceJob Type:Full Time and Part Time Opportunities Available!NOC Shift (10:00pm - 6:15am)Weekend Availability RequiredWe are willing to work around school and daycare schedules.
