The Orlando practice is one of Qoros' flagship locations and has served the market for more than 50 years. The practice currently includes five physicians, a strong clinical reputation, advanced cardiovascular technology, and an established referral network throughout the community.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Qoros Health is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join its growing Orlando practice. The ideal candidate is an established physician with an active patient panel, strong referral relationships, and a proven ability to build and sustain a productive cardiovascular practice. This physician will provide interventional cardiology services across both clinic and procedural settings while helping drive continued growth throughout the market. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver comprehensive interventional cardiology care across both outpatient clinic and procedural settings, providing patients with seamless cardiovascular care throughout their treatment journey
• Perform a broad range of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures while leveraging advanced imaging and clinical technologies to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and strengthen relationships with referring physicians, health systems, and community providers to expand patient access and support practice growth
• Partner closely with physician colleagues, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver a coordinated, high-quality patient experience
• Play an active role in practice development initiatives, helping attract new patients and expand the practice's presence throughout the Orlando market
• Champion clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence while contributing to a culture focused on exceptional cardiovascular care
• Help shape the continued growth and success of the Orlando practice as part of a physician-led organization with a long-term commitment to the community

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

The ideal candidate is an established Interventional Cardiologist with a proven track record of clinical excellence, procedural volume, and practice growth within the Orlando market.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist with an active clinical practice
• Established Orlando-area physician with a meaningful patient panel and strong referral network
• Demonstrated ability to generate and sustain patient volume through relationships with referring physicians, health systems, and community providers
• Proven experience performing interventional cardiology procedures with a history of clinical productivity
• Ability to transition patients and become economically productive within a relatively short period of time
• Experience practicing within a hospital, health system, physician group, or independent practice environment
• Interest in an outpatient-focused cardiovascular model supported by advanced imaging, procedural capabilities, and clinical infrastructure
• Values physician autonomy, clinical decision-making authority, and the ability to influence practice growth
• Collaborative team player who works effectively alongside physician partners, APPs, and clinical staff
• Motivated by the opportunity to help expand a growing cardiovascular practice while delivering exceptional patient care
