Entry-Level B2B Territory Sales Representative

The opportunityOLN is hiring an Entry-Level B2B Territory Sales Representative to meet face-to-face with local business owners, property decision-makers, and other qualified prospects throughout Southern California.

Representatives learn about each customer's needs, evaluate available business connectivity and telecommunications solutions, and help customers make informed decisions.No previous sales experience is required.

OLN provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and a structured growth path for representatives interested in developing sales, coaching, operations, and leadership skills.What you will do· Manage an assigned geographic territory and qualified prospect list.· Meet in person with small-business owners, managers, and multifamily property decision-makers.· Conduct needs and cost analyses and recommend appropriate services.· Explain products, pricing, agreements, and next steps clearly.· Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and sales records.· Participate in team meetings, coaching, and strategy sessions.· Work independently in the field while collaborating with the broader sales team.Compensation, schedule, and benefits· Good-faith annual on-target earnings range of $75,000-$95,000.

Actual earnings may vary based on performance, experience, and market factors and may exceed the stated range for high performers.· Compensation includes commissions and performance bonuses.· The current compensation structure includes a $700 guaranteed wage and, after the probationary period, a $1,000 per week recoverable draw.· $200 monthly gas allowance.· Health allowance and healthcare reimbursement bonus eligibility after 120 days of employment.· Full-time W-2 employment.· Monday-Friday schedule: two days each week begin in the office before customer meetings; the remaining days begin remotely with virtual meetings before field activity.· Comprehensive training and management-development opportunities.What we are looking for· Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.· Self-motivation, organization, and comfort managing a territory.· A willingness to learn and consistently work toward goals.· Comfort meeting business decision-makers face-to-face.· The ability to work independently and contribute to a team.· Previous B2B or outside-sales experience is helpful but not required.Training and career growthOLN's structured career path combines hands-on territory sales experience with mentorship, coaching, and development in leadership, team operations, and business management.
