Work Model:- On-Site
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and case preparation
- Support client matters in areas such as business law, contracts, real estate, employment, estate planning, or civil litigation
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, memos, and correspondence
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and administrative hearings as appropriate
- Manage case files and deadlines with precision and professionalism
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Contribute to firm development through thought leadership, marketing, or community engagement
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Iowa
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Interest in building expertise in non-criminal practice areas
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
