Member Experience Associate / Customer Service Representative

Location: Neenah, WI 54956
Pay: $15hr
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional service and support to members
Answer questions and help resolve a variety of needs and concerns
Build positive relationships through friendly, natural conversations
Learn new products, services, technology, and processes
Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
Create memorable experiences and help turn satisfied customers into loyal fans

Saturday availability is required
Banking or credit union experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week opportunity.

Depending on the role, employees must have availability during:

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Saturday: Required, with hours varying by position

Training

Full-time, onsite training
Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Training includes orientation, hands-on learning, and role-specific development

Screening Requirements

Successful credit check required
Strong attendance history required
Candidates must be available to work Saturdays
