Project ManagerMolex is seeking a growth-minded Project Manager to lead cross-site collaboration across the U.S., Mexico, Poland and China, coordinating production, process engineering, and other key functions to deliver ramp-up on time and successfully.The ideal candidate is proactive, versatile, and adaptable, with the drive to solve problems, align teams, and accelerate execution.Molex brings together innovation and technology to deliver electronic solutions to customers worldwide. With a presence in more than 40 countries, Molex offers a full suite of solutions and services for many markets, including data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle and medical.Responsibilities:Lead cross-site project execution across the U.S., Mexico, Poland, and China to deliver ramp-up milestones on time.Coordinate production, process engineering, supply chain, and other key functions to ensure alignment and execution readiness.Drive project plans, timelines, and issue resolution to support successful new business launches and capacity expansion.Partner with site teams to translate customer needs into executable ramp-up plans.Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across teams to keep projects on schedule.Communicate project status, key decisions, and recovery actions clearly with internal stakeholders and leadership.Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry; experience in optics, connectivity, or related products is preferred.Experience working with Taiwan-based EMS/CM companies or similar large-scale manufacturing environments, such as Foxconn, Wistron, Quanta, Wiwynn, or Pegatron.3+ years of experience managing projects for U.S. Tier-1 network customers; experience with CSP customers is preferred.Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global Molex teams and customers.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional schedules, risks, and issue resolution in fast-paced manufacturing or ramp-up environments.The ideal candidate will stand out through a strong combination of global project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive complex ramp-up programs with speed and discipline.Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across global teams and functionsProven ability to drive ramp-up projects with clear priorities, urgency, and accountabilityExperience managing risks, resolving roadblocks, and keeping execution on scheduleAbility to build strong internal and external partnerships to support business growthExperience with strategic customers in the Telecom, Datacom, or Hyperscale industries will be a strong advantage. Candidates who understand customer expectations, competitive dynamics, and the operational demands of fast-moving programs will be especially well positioned for success in this role.This role will be especially impactful for someone who can work seamlessly across production, process engineering, product development, supply chain, and global commercial teams to keep ramp-up plans aligned with overall business objectives.
