Ice Cream Maker

Job Summary AUBI & RAMS A is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Ice Cream Maker to join the team. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing and producing ice cream and frozen dessert products, maintaining consistent quality, keeping production areas clean, and following food safety and sanitation procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare ice cream, frozen desserts, and related products according to established recipes Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain consistent product quality Operate ice cream machines, mixers, freezers, and other production equipment safely Monitor product texture, temperature, consistency, and appearance Prepare flavors, toppings, sauces, and other ingredients as needed Portion, package, label, and store finished products properlyMaintain clean and organized production, preparation, and storage areas Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, counters, and workstations Monitor ingredient supplies and communicate low-stock items to management Receive, organize, and properly store ingredients and supplies when required Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and workplace safety procedures Check ingredients for freshness, quality, and proper storage Assist with maintaining accurate production and inventory records Support team members during busy production and service periods Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management Requirements Previous ice cream, bakery, food production, restaurant, or food-service experience is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and production procedures accurately Strong attention to detail and product quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks Ability to lift and move moderate loads when required Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling options On-the-job training Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee discounts may be available Opportunities for professional growth and advancement About the Company AUBI & RAMS A is focused on providing quality food and dessert products while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
