Plant Operator — Maintenance & Safety Leader

The role supports a strong safety culture and performs preventive maintenance to keep the plant running and meet daily production goals. The ideal candidate has 3 years of plant maintenance experience, is able to read schematics, and can operate in varied outdoor conditions; welding experience is also valued.
