Pilates Instructor

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Sales Associate to help grow our fitness-studio community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a sales-focused environment, and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals. What you’ll do Welcome prospective and current members with a friendly, high-energy attitude Generate leads through outreach, follow-up calls, texts, emails, events, and local partnerships Conduct studio tours and explain memberships, class offerings, and promotions Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals for memberships and retail products Follow up with prospective members and help convert inquiries into memberships Support member retention by building strong relationships and addressing questions or concerns Assist with front-desk operations, including check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, and basic administrative tasks Represent the studio professionally in the local Frisco community What we’re looking for Strong communication and customer-service skills A positive, confident, and goal-oriented personality Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or fitness-industry experience preferred Comfort initiating conversations and following up with leads Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Reliable availability, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Interest in fitness, wellness, and community-building What we offer $14–$16 per hour based on experience Bonuses and commission opportunities Full-time and part-time scheduling options A supportive, energetic team environment Opportunity to grow within a fitness-focused business Employee fitness benefits or studio membership, if applicable Location: Frisco, TX Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $14–$16 per hour, plus performance bonuses and commission #J-18808-Ljbffr OT& Fitness Recruitment
