Manage warehouse unpurchased loan pipelines and obtain necessary documentation for loan delivery. Perform compliance and ad hoc audits and provide suspense and error trend analysis. Clear investor or agency suspense conditions and work with lenders and title companies. Address loan deficiencies to allow insuring or guaranty of government loans. Manage the escrow holdback process and perform compliance audits. Order property inspections on properties located in disaster areas. Resolve issues that arise post-closing.
