Locums - Quincy, Illinois - OB/GYN Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified OB/GYN physician
• Active Illinois license required
• Must be willing to cover full 7-day stretches
• Vacation coverage needed in July and August (specific dates TBD)
• Ongoing coverage opportunities anticipated due to upcoming provider retirement
• Schedule: Monday 7a - Monday 7a
• Clinic plus call coverage
• Clinic hours: 8a-5p
• One weekend of call per month
• 24-hour call coverage: 7a-7a
• Average admissions while on call: 3
• Manage 15-20 OB follow-up patients in clinic
• Provide acute GYN call coverage
• Perform emergent hospital-based GYN procedures as needed
• Weekend morning rounding on admitted patients
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing requirements within previous 24 months:
  • 25 GYN surgical procedures including 5 major surgical procedures
  • 30 deliveries including at least 10 cesarean sections
