Project Manager
Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.
What You Will Be Doing- Work directly with Superintendent on project
- Oversee all aspects of project completion
- Management of project budget, schedule, and quality
- Oversee contractual requirements and documentation
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of Multi-Family experience
- Experience as a PM running projects
- Strong communication and leadership
- Strong Leadership ability
- Strong, competitive base ranging from $120k - $140k
- Bonus Potential
