MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Streator, IL.
The successful Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of over-the-road infrastructure maintenance equipment, including vac trucks, street sweepers, pumps, plows, etc. Compensation:

The successful Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of over-the-road infrastructure maintenance equipment, including vac trucks, street sweepers, pumps, plows, etc. Compensation:
- $34.00 - $38.00/hour to start based on experience.
- Quarterly bonuses of around 6% of annual base pay.
- Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- PTO and sick/personal days.
- 401K match.
- Monday to Friday, 6AM-8AM start time.
- OT available
- 2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or related field (heavy equipment, oilfield, automotive, etc.)
- Foundational knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with OEM diagnostic software or other scanners.
- Welding and fabrication experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have own set of tools.
