Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with an approximately equal split between the two
• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload in inpatient and outpatient environments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Comfortable managing a blended inpatient and outpatient caseload simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume therapy environment
