The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, ensuring that all standards of care are met, and working collaboratively with other behavioral healthcare professionals. The LPN will provide general clinical care and supervision to residential clients.The pay range for this position is $30 - $35 per hour, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions. Applicable shift differentials:$1 per hour 4:00-7:00pm$2 per hour 7:00pm-7:00amMinimum QualificationsEducation / CredentialsMust hold a current Virginia state LPN license and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the standards of the state of Virginia.ExperienceMinimum of 6 months of Licensed Practical Nurse clinical experience.Mental health and residential substance use disorder nursing experience preferred.Knowledge / SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to visually assess patient's behavior and distinguish changes in emotions and conditions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Able to work independently and with a team.Mainspring conducts, as required, job-related background checks, drug testing, TB testing, verification of employment history, and/or reference checks prior to employment.Mainspring is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
