Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - NICU

Location: Washington State

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for an opportunity in a Level 3 NICU. The candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to neonates and supporting a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and manage patient ventilation.
• Perform advanced procedures such as intubation and extubation.
• Deliver pulmonary hygiene and manage high-frequency ventilation.
• Conduct arterial blood gas analysis and interpretation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must possess a valid Washington State License (WA LIC).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, and RRT.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Neuro Trauma ICU experience is preferred.
