Dental Receptionist

Overview Premier Endodontic Associates Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important part in creating a welcoming and positive experience while keeping the practice running smoothly. Our doctors are committed to taking the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable with their treatment. As a key member of the team, you will help support that experience from the moment each patient walks through the door. Schedule Schedule: Full Time Mondays 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM in Hinsdale or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Wheaton Tuesday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. One to two Saturdays per month Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of dental front office experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures We Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
