The responsibilities include coordinating the planning and initiation of programs at various levels of completion, monitor progress and schedules of Components portfolio, communicate with project & program partners, implement according to PMO framework, develop portfolio status reports, etc.Responsibilities IncludePortfolio Management: Managing end to end Components portfolio by ensuring execution and reporting out in high-value meeting cadences with stakeholdersChange Management: Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitionsProgram Management: Oversee Components programs, focusing on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful execution and deliveryCommunications: Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communicationsStakeholder Partnership: Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and proceduresPerformance Measurement and Reporting: Develop performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to effectively track progress, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions based on dataRequired Skills8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management3+ years in Supply, Demand, IBPExperience in managing large-scale programs/projects, business operationsExcellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skillsExperience working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsPMP CertificationIndustry experience with Semiconductor industryBackground leveraging Program Management Tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com)SiOpsWhy Cisco?
