Join Kamer Agency - Farm Bureau as our Front Desk/Customer Care Representative in Holland, MI, where your passion for customer service meets our commitment to excellence. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with care and expertise. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Working with clients to process insurance claims.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- 1-3 years of experience in any customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Willing to obtain P&C license within 30 days of employment
