Role Overview AVIR Health Group is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care for residents and supervise daily nursing activities on the assigned unit. Valid CPR Certification. I.V. Certification preferred. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.
