Job Description

·                     Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within an automotive metal stamping and fabrication environment

·                     Ensure all products consistently meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements including IATF-16949 and ISO-9001

·                     Drive process improvements to reduce defects, minimize scrap, and decrease variation across production operations

·                     Conduct root cause analysis utilizing 8D and 5 Whys methodologies and implement effective corrective actions

·                     Manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on long-term prevention and customer satisfaction

·                     Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and approve Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions

·                     Oversee inspection methods and quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product integrity

Key Requirements

·                     BS Engineering Degree required

·                     Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automotive quality engineering with IATF/ISO compliance

·                     Experience in metals manufacturing is highly preferred
