Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), that reflect the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each individual or family.

  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered.

  • Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and treatment response.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical specialists to provide integrated care, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment.

  • Stay updated on the latest research in mood disorders and therapeutic methodologies to refine treatment strategies and enhance client care.

  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in line with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring that all client information is accurately recorded and securely stored.

  • The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
