Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our NICU department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role includes responsibilities for both NICU and OB support as the department is currently short-staffed.

Responsibilities Provide care and support to newborns in the NICU. Assist in cross-training for OB units as needed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient status and perform assessments regularly. Administer medications and develop care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting. Active RN license. Current certifications in BLS and NRP. Ability to float within a 25-mile radius if required.
