Zaxby's - Urgent General Manager Needed!

Join our team at Zaxby's, a renowned chain of fast casual restaurants famous for our mouthwatering chicken wings, chicken fingers, sandwiches, and salads. As the General Manager, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring exceptional customer service and the highest food quality standards. Lead a dynamic team while fostering a culture of friendliness and fellowship!

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with employees, customers, and the community
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality
  • Foster an atmosphere of friendliness and fellowship
  • Coach and develop talented employees
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Manage staffing, inventory, and financial success of the restaurant
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff
  • Achieve financial targets for the store
  • Develop leaders within the restaurant

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years in the restaurant industry
  • 3+ years of management experience in the restaurant or equivalent industry, with at least 1 year as a General Manager
