Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 35-Hour Weekly Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting to restore or improve functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support recovery

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of North Carolina
Current NBCOT certification
Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with geriatric patient populations
Familiarity with MDS documentation and PDPM reimbursement models
