Lead Maintenance Technician - Multifamily Property & HVAC

PLK Communities

PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee property maintenance and ensure community safety in Burlington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of multi-family maintenance experience and supervisory skills. This role involves hands-on leadership, responding to emergency maintenance calls, and maintaining the physical integrity of the apartment community.
